When we started our business, our social goal was – through product create emotional connection between people, nourish and enrich in a deeper level than Technologies possibly can. When time passed – due to the different circumstances – we understood that we can do much more. Since her birth, one of the company founders are in a wheelchair, so we found other social goal quite easy – people with disabilities, integration within work environment and community. It goes hand to hand with education of potential employers and community itself.

Social entrepreneurship isn’t the same as charity. IT IS AS BUSINESS. Instead of keeping all profit to yourself – part of it is invested within welfare of community social vulnerable groups or environmental protection;
As in all businesses – profitability is important. Profitability gives independence and freedom for fixing social problems. Willingness and good heart – it isn’t enough. You need also a money, so you can reach your goals;
Sometimes plan on paper looks better as it happens in reality. You can face unfair collaboration partners, unsuccess in production etc. You can’t rely on that somebody will treat you differently because of the fact that you are social company;
Befriend your conscience. Nowadays we hear regarding social entrepreneurship everywhere. This trend has become popular. But to become social entrepreneur, just because it has become stylish – it isn’t correct. If you don’t have an idea or plan, which would serve to a society - better step back. You can fulfill yourself within classical business;
Social entrepreneurship as in every business – team is a key. Your Team can raise you up or raise you down. You can’t know or do everything on your own;
When you start up your social business idea – search your local associations’ for Social Businesses. Consult with them, research together with them your legal options, use tools and instruments available to them;
Social Entrepreneur has to be as a shark with heart. You have to lead your business as a shark to survive. At the same time – social goal has to be close to your heart. If it won’t be desirable for you to reach – after a while it will be hard to share profit, without keeping it to yourself;
Your goal has to be measurable. Other way around you can get impression of social entrepreneurship or worse case scenario – just the way how to get financing from EU/State.
